Breast Cancer And Leucamia Can Be Controlled

In their recent research the Australian medical scientists found that Breast Cancer and Leukemia can be put in check.They found that the protein ‘GAB 2′ helps the gene ‘HER 2′ which causes the breast cancer. The protein ‘GAB 2′ takes part in the transmission of signals to the normal cells. It transmit signals into the cell from the periphery. The protein ‘GAB 2′ initiates the cell division in the cell. When the cell division is not required it stops functioning.

The scientists develop a technique to make the ‘GAB 2′ inactive. In this method they attach a cell to the ‘GAB 2′. This cell forms like a shield round the ‘GAB 2′ and stops the signals of tissue development by cell division. This cell is named ‘14-3-3′.

When the function of the protein ‘GAB 2′ is not required the cell ‘14-3-3′ makes it inactive.The professor Roger Daly of the Garvan medical research is hopeful that they can put an end to Breast Cancer and leukemia by controlling the function of the ‘GAB 2′.
